A membership form and required waiver may be obtained by:
- elephoning the Waterloo Leisure Services at (319) 291-4491
- emailing your name and address to: wrc@cedarnet.org
- picking up forms at the boathouse at the time of a meeting or whenever
rowers are there for practice.
