Lori DeVries, LBSW, RG
Program Coordinator
Lori DeVries holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Services from Iowa State University. She is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Iowa and is the first Iowan to become a Registered Guardian with the National Guardianship Foundation. Lori has worked with people with disabilities for the past 18 years. She has been with Permanent Planning, Inc. for the past 9 years and has served as the Coordinator of PPI for the past 5 ½ years.
Kim Jensen
Registered Guardian
Kim Jensen holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary/special education from Wartburg College. Kim is a Registered Guardian with the National Guardianship Foundation. Kim has worked with people with disabilities for 15 years. She has been with Permanent Planning, Inc. for 10 years.
Laurie Youngblood
Registered Guardian
Laurie Youngblood holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Iowa. She is a Registered Guardian with the National Guardianship Foundation. Laurie has worked with people with disabilities for the past 12 years. She has been with Permanent Planning, Inc. for the past 9 years.
