Applications may be submitted using the Gold Star Application form below. Applications are due by midnight, March 26, 2003. Late applications will not be considered. Please limit the answers to the last 3 questions to a single page total.  Winners of The Gold Star Awards will be notified in May, 2003. The Gold Star Awards and cash prizes are not transferable.
