There are many things in the lives of youth that can effect their well-being and ability to learn in school. Success Street, a Youth and Family Resource Center, is ready to help youth and their families on the road to success.  Success Street is committed to helping young people solve their problems, to keep them in school and help them become successful. Success Street is a united group of community agencies who have come together in a joint effort to bring services directly to youth and their families.

• STI Testing & PRevention Counseling
• Info about Low-Cost Health Insurance

Hours of Operation:

Tuesday: 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. with Mental Health and Medical Staff
Thursday: 8:00 A.M.- 4:30 P.M. with Mental Health Stadd
Friday: 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. with Medical and Mental Health Staff
