Parent@ School
Sign up and view you students attendance, lunch account, demographic information and homework over the web. To sign up
- Go to http://www.waterloo.k12.ia.us
- Click on the Parents link
- Click on the link for Parent at School
- Click on Parent at School
- Click on Register as a user
- Fill out your information at the top of the screen and your children's information at the bottom of the screen.
- When complete, click Submit
Once you submit your information, a verification process will take place to make sure you are the parent on record. Only Parents on record will receive access to Parent At School. After the verification process, you will receive and email indicating where you may pick up your user id and password. You must bring a picture ID with you when you pick up your user and password slip.
If you have already registered for Parent at School, then click on Access your students records and start looking at your child's information. If you need to add an additional student to your list-do the following:
- Send at email to : helpdesk@waterloo.k12.ia.us
- List your students name, grade and school where your child attends
- List your name and address
The help desk will add your student to your list.
Please all a minimum of 2 business days for updates or Notification of availability of User and Password.
