Norton Anti-virus is blocking my email...
For Norton AntiVirus 2002 or 2003
- Quit Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Start Norton AntiVirus.
- Click Options.
If a menu appears after you click Options, then click Norton
AntiVirus. The Norton AntiVirus Options dialog box appears.
- In the Internet section, click Email.
- Clear the Scan incoming email check box and the Scan outgoing
email check box.
- Click OK.
- Close Norton AntiVirus.
For Norton AntiVirus 2000 or 2001
- Quit Outlook or Outlook Express.
- Start Norton AntiVirus.
- Click Options.
- Do one of the following:
- In Norton AntiVirus 2001, clear the check boxes that correspond
to the protected e-mail clients.
- In Norton AntiVirus 2000, clear the Enable email protection
check box.
- Click OK.
