The Arc of Cedar Valley will host its 1st Annual Bowl-A-Thon, Saturday afternoon, November 24th, 2007 at Maple Lanes Bowling Center, with proceeds benefiting persons with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and other cognitive, intellectual, and related developmental disabilities.

Participants put together a team of 4 to 6 people and work toward a team goal of raising $100 or more. There are two shifts of bowling times available. You may choose to bowl at 1:00 pm or 3:00 pm. Teams who donate $100 or more receive a free t-shirt, free food, and free shoe rental. Additional prizes will be given out during the session, for example: The team that raises the most money or random drawings.

HALVERSON AVE will provide entertainment and host a Silent Auction and raffle in the lounge. All proceeds go to the Arc of Cedar Valley. If you know of friends and family that are not planning to bowl but may be interested in raffling and auction items while taking in some entertainment invite them along!

Reserve your spot by November 1st so that we may have a T-shirt available for you on that day.
